Watch Waterfall Breath Practice

  1. Using your thumb and pointer finger, close your right nostril as you inhale though your left nostril.

  2. Hold your breath for a moment if it feels good. Open your right nostril, close your left nostril as you exhale. Inhale.

  3. Inhale through your left nostril while your right is closed.

  4. Keep repeating for as long as you like, end with an exhale on the right nostril.
