  1. Place your hands on your belly and notice your belly rise with your inhale and lower with your exhale.

  2. Slowly inhale and fill your belly like a ballon.

  3. Slowly exhale and deflate your ballon, feel your belly button come closer to your spine.

  4. Take several rounds, completely filling and deflating your balloon belly.
